Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Loyalty Program, you accept the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms:

1.1 We reserve the right to amend, modify, or withdraw this Program at any time without prior notice.

1.2 The Loyalty Program is only available to active accounts that are not blocked, self-excluded, suspended, or closed.

1.3 Only players with a Euro (€) account can participate.

1.4 The Loyalty Program is not available to players residing in Estonia, Finland, or Switzerland. The program may not be available in other jurisdictions due to regulatory or legal reasons. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact Support.

1.5 To claim rewards, players must enable marketing communications in their account settings.

1.6 Participation is automatic, but players may opt out at any time via their account settings. However, opting out results in the forfeiture of all accumulated XP, SpinCoin, and rewards.

2. Earning Rewards

The Program allows players to earn:

2.1 Experience Points (XP) - Used to progress through 50 levels across 5 ranks (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Each level has a range of different benefits, including tailored bonus offers, access to special tournaments, other gifts and rewards, and faster player support responses.

2.2 SpinCoin - Redeemable in the Rewards Shop for Free Spins, Bonus Cash, Free Bets (where available), and physical items.

3. XP & SpinCoin Accumulation

3.1 XP is earned at a rate of 1 XP per €1 real money wager on slot games only.

3.2 One SpinCoin is awarded for every €10 of real money wagers on slot games only.

3.3 XP and SpinCoin are credited immediately after eligible wagers settle.

3.4 Bonus funds, Free Spins, and any other promotional credits do not contribute to XP or SpinCoin accumulation.

4. Boosters & Missions

4.1 Boosters may allow players to earn XP at an accelerated rate during promotional periods. Each Booster is time-limited, with details specified in the promotion.

4.2 Missions provide additional XP and SpinCoin rewards. Full details are displayed in the player’s account.

5. SpinCoin & Redemption

5.1 SpinCoin is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or gaming credits.

5.2 SpinCoin expire after 45 days of inactivity, defined as no point accumulation.

5.3 Rewards Shop redemptions are subject to availability and may change without notice.

6. Physical Goods & Vouchers

6.1 Items in the Rewards Shop are subject to availability.

6.2 Orders are confirmed only after the player receives email confirmation.

6.3 An alternative item or equivalent SpinCoin credit may be offered if an item is unavailable.

6.4 Delivery typically occurs within 7–14 working days and may be sent in partial shipments.

6.5 Damaged goods must be reported by emailing Support within five working days.

6.6 Replacement depends on stock availability; monetary refunds are not available.

7. Misuse & Compliance

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or exclude players for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of Boosters or rewards
• Violations of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws

7.2 Any points or rewards earned through misuse will be voided.

8. Program Modifications & Limitations

8.1 We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

8.2 If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed XP, SpinCoin, and rewards will expire without compensation.

8.3 We are not responsible for delays, technical issues, or the unavailability of the Program or Rewards Shop.

8.4 Rewards cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or traded.
